I have always lived in Oklahoma. Grew up in the OKC area but have lived in the Tulsa area since college. I grew up as a Sooner fan but went to Oklahoma State for college.
I wanted a Corvette all my life and I am finally in a situation where I can get what I want. Closest I ever got was a Mastercraft ski boat with a Corvette LT1 engine. My wife kept telling me that was my Corvette. Fortunately she is just as excited about getting a C8 as I am and insisted on a HTC.
Started lurking here back in October as I tried to learn as much as I could about the C8 and where to order from. I placed an order with Criswell back in October but got lucky in January when I was going to local dealers to look at C8's trying to narrow down my order and found a local dealer with 2021 allocations. I got the call yesterday that my order was matched with an allocation. Can't wait to get my new C8 probably in June baring anymore shutdowns. Looking forward to becoming an active member of the Corvette community.
My C8 will be a HTC, Z51, 3LT Red Mist with two tone Adrenaline Red seats with suede inserts, carbon fiber interior trim, body color accents, front lift, mag ride . I am also going to do the NCM delivery and drive it home. Only 612 miles away.
