I am a 54 year old aspiring retiree in beautiful Bradenton, FL I have been smitten by the C5 corvette and am currently looking for one.
I hope to learn more about owning and maintaining a corvette and maybe looking in the classifieds to see if I might find one there if a new member is allowed to do so.
My hobbies are shooting sports, honing and sharpening straight razors and knives and amateur watch repair.
I look forward to getting to know everyone and will enjoy learning about my (hopefully near) future purchase.
Welcome to the Forum, Owen!
Used to get over your direction some when I was growing up in Orlando PD (Pre Disney).
Lot of great members and helpful info in the C5 sections at https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...s-1997-2004-2/. And, yes, there are usually a good selection of C5s advertised for sale.
I believe you have to have a certain number of posts before you can Private Message another member. Any of the moderators would be able to fill you in on that.
Best wishes and hope you have a C5 in your garage soon!

Best of luck in your C5 search - that would be a great choice for what I assume would be your first Corvette. Welcome and hope you enjoy the forum, and yes, you are certainly welcome to check out the C5 Corvettes for Sale section to see if a car for you might be listed there.
