I've never owned a Corvette but I have always wanted to. The C1 and C2 are just beautiful and the C8 is stunning. On April 1 I went to City Chevrolet in Charlotte NC and got on the list. Rick Accruso is they're Corvette guy and he told me they are generally telling people 12 months to get theirs. He said hopefully it will be more like 8 months. Personally I don't think I'll get it until next spring but either way I'm so excited. My order consists of a 2022 Rapid Blue C8, LT2 with black interior, front lift, carbon flash high wing, MRC, and some other little goodies. I'll b putting on aftermarket wheels and also the 5VM skirts and splitter.
I've never ordered a car before so this is all new to me. I hate the anticipation but on the other had it's so exciting. I've watched every video on youtube. So now I'm just getting the garage ready for her arrival.
Welcome to the Forum, Josh, from up the road in Hickory! Congratulations on your pending C8! Hope their estimate of 8 months (instead of 12) is accurate!

Thanks, I live on the west side of Statesville. I frequently travel to Hickory. As for my C8, I'm hoping it's 8 months but if I don't get it until next spring so be it. It gives me more time to save for modifications.

HaHa...Understand about starting to save for parts.
I'm sure once you have your car our paths will cross. We try to do a lot of the different fund raiser/charity events around the area.
Cheers!
