And so begins...
...the rebirth of a legend. Thanks! to all who have taken the time to share thoughtful insights, vast experience & wise suggestions. Words can’t really say how much it helps, being able to access such a vast wealth of knowledge. My son has two years to work on the car (& pay me back!) before he’s old enough to drive. Welcome to the Forum, Paul, and congratulations on your father-son C3 project! 
Our older son did much the same with our grandson, except he wanted a Ram pick up. By the time he had his license his truck was up and running. Great experience for him.

Welcome!! I’m a first time corvette owner also as of January this year! It’s a 77 corvette my wife inherited and it’s up to me to get it going. Feel free to message any of us for anything. It’ll be a ton of work and money probably but it’ll be worth it!
