Hello fellow enthusiasts! Just picked up a 17 GS A8 black on black last week.
while not my first Vette, it’s been awhile. My first was a 94 vert in green that I drove through high school about 14yrs ago.. Inlive the car and had a lot of fun with it. I was an avid user of another Vette forum at the time.
I bought this 2017 GS to have for some time and then sell but once I got behind the wheel I absolutely fell in love! This car is sleek, sinister and sexy all in one. I’ll post a pic here. Looking into a few different forced air options and maybe an X pipe for now. I have the Range Afm module and a Soler throttle controller going in next week.
Thank you! Its funny, it just hit me that out of all the forums I’ve been a member of (with this exact username for those who are curious) I recall corvette enthusiast always have been the most friendly and welcoming. Its a breath of fresh air in today’s world to be honest. I remember diagnosing a bad fuel pump on my C4 many years ago and a guy named Paul higginbotham on another corvette forum was eager to help me and if I recall had read the entire FSM for LT1 C4s at the time. He was a great guy. Not sure if he’s here or not.
I look forward to meeting many of you and sharing my own knowledge as well.

Thanks! Nice car! I'm in the Charlottesville area.
Oh that nice. Lucky you being so close to Skyline lol. Me and buddy go out there a couple times a month (minus winter because he has a bike). Love the area a lot.
