Hi all,
Doing what I'm told - introducing myself:
I'm an American living in the Netherlands, just east of Amsterdam.
Imported my '72 BMW 2002tii from the USA in 2004. Been a fanatic for that car long enough and now have my sights on the '69-'72 small block Vette that I've wanted since before I could drive. There are a few here in Holland, but I hope to look at some "back home" when I visit North Carolina over the holidays.
Cheers,
Steve
Welcome to the Forum, Steve, from the western side of NC!
Best wishes with your search for a '69-'72 Corvette! Don't know how familiar you may already be with them, but it may be worthwhile to read through the C3 sections of the Forum at https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...s-1968-1982-5/. I would especially suggest the Sticky Threads at the tops of each section.
Cheers!
Hi Route99,
Thanks a bunch for the welcoming words.
It's nice to connect with "folks from home" after living abroad for a couple decades.
Indeed, my wife will tell you that I've been spending way too much time studying Corvette stuff... But she supports the final acquisition.
I'm already onto that link you provided. THANKS
