Hello from Flower Mound Tx.
Just joined ten minutes ago I am hoping to hook up with members who posses the same model and year Corvette that I recently acquired (2003 C5 Convert). Not quite a "barn" find more of a "garage" find. Belonged to a neighbor who"s husband purchased it brand new in 2002. Unfortunately he passed seven years after the purchase and the car basically sat in the garage since his untimely passing. Magnificent condition 27,000 miles not a blemish on it. Having never owned a Corvette in the past I find myself often in the situation known as the great abyss of knowledge. Its been may years since working on cars all of them pre computer. Built two as a teen '29 Ford Roadster and '47 Ford coupe. Both with BIG engines etc. So hopefully I can shoot off my questions to the Corvette Forum population. If you live in the Flower Mound Tx send a shout or two toward me.
