Well first off I'd like to say hello from Ontario, Canada!
I stumbled on this site as I have recently purchased a 1989 Corvette from a family friend, they did not have plans on selling the car but due to health reasons and not being able to enjoy the car he decided it was time. The car has been sitting in a garage for over 5 years but is still in great shape minus the flat tires I know it will need some TLC to get it running but I am aware of this. I am a car enthusiast 100% grew up around Mopars all my life but just love cars in general, I plan on keeping this car for the long haul and enjoying cruising in it with my wife.
Now I will have some questions to ask about the car as there are some interesting things about this car that just don't add up.
Welcome to the Forum and congratulations on your C4!
Like 1bdvet, we had C4s for many years and used one as a daily driver for 12 years putting close to 200k miles on it in sun, rain, AZ heat, NC snow, and like a Timex “it just kept on ticking.” 😎
Thank you everyone, I'm excited to get started on the C4, my goal is to get it running for the summer! Once I get is all cleaned up I'll post a few pictures.

I've been doing tons of research about the C4 and seems like there isn't much love for the car, even people I've told just rip it apart. Well I'll say this when I was a young lad I saw one and fell in love with the bodylines then I sat in one at a dealership when my parents were looking at a newer car back in the 90's and well that just sold me on them. Now I wasn't actively looking but it was always in the back of my mind then this one pretty much fell into my lap so needless to say that even at 45 I'm super excited to get it on the road and just enjoy the cruise and feeling like a kid again.
