Aloha everyone!
Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member from Hawaii.
I've had three dream cars in my life that I've given myself a real shot at getting. The first was a Cadillac XLR, which I've purchased and owned for several years before selling it (wish I didn't sell it). The second was a Buick Grand National, which I'm currently having my mechanic swap out the engine for a rebuilt stock motor, and third was a Corvette, which I've finally been able to make a reality. I just got my hands on an 82 Collectors Edition. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment, especially when my other newly purchased third gen LS1 and 4L60E gets swapped in.

Aloha!!!! Welcome to the forums and Corvette ownwership.......I was in Hawaii in 2006 over Christmas and saw a 1982 Collectors Edition for sale. That was on our last day there and it was for sale at a local farmers market in Kona......I wonder lol, there can't be to many 82 Collectors Edition Vettes on the big island.
