After dreaming about owning one, I finally bought myself a Corvette. It is a 1974 coupe that has a newer crate 350 that I am told is 350hp. It has automatic transmission, tilt telescope steering, T-Tops, leather interior, power steering/brakes, and supposed to have AC but some previous owner removed the compressor.
It needs some work on interior as parts are either missing or just in rough shape. It also is leaking what I think is power steering or brake fluid along with the windshield wiper fluid container leaking.
Another thing I will want to get addressed is the electrical system. I am told there is a slow drain somewhere, so the previous owner installed a battery cutoff.
Welcome to the Forum, Miranda, and congratulations on your nice looking C3!
Great link from Gixxerman - lot of great members and helpful info in those sections that will probably be beneficial for the repairs you have in front of you.
Best wishes for easy and inexpensive fixes!
