Hi, new guy here.
I live in RI and just got a 78 L48 4 speed with 80k. Original motor and all the other worn out stuff.
Plan to do a lot of part replacements this winter. Rear half first, bushings, spring, shocks, bearings etc. Gonna have the rear diff rebuilt as well.
Might do the motor as well early spring. Just want a nice street motor, 325-350hp with gobs of torque!! No high revs, just a nice cruiser to go to shows and stuff, weekend car type of stuff.
Already learned a bunch and hope to learn more.
