Hi! Joined a couple weeks ago and first time posting. First of all, glad to be here and thanks for having me.
here’s the back story; youngest GD bought a 1979 C3 tee top and it’s in terrible condition to say the least but she loves it so who cares!
Have read many posts on the issues with the car and has helped me a lot, so thanks for the ones that went before me.
As to the issues with the car they are; power windows inop, (fixed),headlights inop,(in progress), windshield wipers inop,( motor good, working on wiring), wiring cut from A/C and heater unit at the engine room fire wall along with many other wires cut both in the eng bay and under dash and center console.
best thing I can say is it runs and sounds good with the side pipes although all the emissions have been disconnected.

Thanks for the welcomes! I’m not too sure about” capable hands” on this car but I’ll figure things out sooner or later.
Got the headlights working. Some bad vacuum hoses and one bad actuator. Ended up replacing all the vacuum lines and springs for for both lights.
Is it normal for drivers side light assembly to open before the passenger side does and close before the passenger side?
Next job is replacing the water pump! Started leaking tow days ago but only when eng is running.
