By the way, it looks like your friend has some of the wheels on incorrectly; on this wheel style the “fan blades” should be pointed forward. The left front is pointing the wrong way; it looks like the left rear is correct. Probably you just need to swap out the two front wheels.

Yeah he actually moved the tires around due to the back ones needing replaced, which they all actually need replaced so I will be correcting that as well.
