I am not new to muscle cars but I am a new owner of a 76 Corvette. I have built many different cars and trucks through the years. I happened on a red 76 corvette a few months ago. Red is my wife's favorite color so I decided to purchase it. It had been sitting for 5 to 7 years and was not running. I have been searching through this forum and reading as much as possible to get familiar with these cars. We have it running and driving now but it's not ready for any long trips till some repairs are made first.
Welcome to the Forum and congratulations to you and your wife on your Corvette!
If you have questions or need advice along the way you will find lots of great members and helpful info in the C3 sections at: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...s-1968-1982-5/
Best wishes with getting your C3 into a good, long trip machine!
