I'm David and just purchased my dad's '67 Marlboro Maroon L71 convertible to save it from going to auction and keep it in the family.
Dad bought the car from Proteam in the early 90's. We took it to Bloomington, Carlisle, small shows, and parades. I am almost 50 now and have 2 young kiddos and an amazing wife to enjoy the journey with them.
Car stayed on a lift in his garage and was not started more than a couple of times in the last 20 years. Was recently transported to my home and replaced the tires, tune up, brake job, and first wash in a couple of decades.
Already have been getting her back on the road and building family memories.
I've been around street rods and muscle cars since young and am excited to begin learning more about this particular car and all Corvettes.
Your cars looks great, Looks like a great survivor keep in as original. Did your Dad maintain documents, Tank sticker ,POP? Was he the original owner?

Thanks and plan to keep it original but not tucked away...its an introduction to muscle cars, shows, and wrenching for my kids and memory lane for me.
Not the original owner, 4th or 5th owner we believe, Proteam owned it before him. We have some docs and former titles, but plan to improve and put together a full binder.
