Hi from STL metro area
It's weird cause I have owned a plethora of Mustangs (and never wrecked them
), so this is new to me. Why did I finally join? Damn RCDLR... lol So, @Dano523 I'll need some help. No fobs, no tpms, and hardly starts with key in slot. Not sure when I can PM, but I'll be in touch.

Hence to get in the car if doors are locked, only one of the RCDLR antennas needs to pick up the fob. So on this one, with doors locked and fobs in hand, go to open the drivers door, close it and hit the lock button on the fob, then go to the passsenger door with fob in hand, and see if it lets you in that door.
Note, if you have a tech2, can walk around the car while looking at the BCM/rcdlr data in fob signal strenght, and if you get to an idea of where the singal drops out, there antenna at that location may be question (if not a problem back up at the RCDLR itself.
If yes on fob allowing you to open the locked door both sides, then really screaming RF noise problems from something else (don't weed out either after market radio, or even after market amps), since in order for the car to start, two of the antennas has to pick up the fob signal, to show the fob in the cabin.
Also to add, if TPMS problems with fobs not picking them up, and you know the battery in the tire sensors are good, and the correct year tpms as well, something like LED tail lights in the rear can put out enough RF noise to block there signal to the rear and side antennas, and same for Leds up front, to block the Tire sensor signals to the front and side RCDLR antennas.
So regarding RCDLR antennas, one at the slot, one both sides about the gas door location at the B pillars each side, and one in the back of the behind the carpet in the back hatch.

Hence short of a few RCDLR from flood damage cars that there is not enough time in the world to rework all the corrode distorted traces on the board from the water damage, have yet to run across one that can not be saved. And the fact that you can still get the car to start with fob in slot some times, tells me problem is with a connection or cold solder joint, not something on the board smoked, since smoke part means the parts is never going to work again every.
