Hello all. I am new to the Corvette forum. I have a 1999 convertible with 51K miles. It is Arctic White with Firethorn Red interior, black top and six speed. This is my second Corvette. My first was an '04 Z06 in Millenium yellow that I regret selling, but just had to have something else at the time. I'm sure no-one else on the forum has done this. Right?
Current mods on my 'vert are very mild, with Billy Boat catbacks, off-road pipes, Blackwing cold air, MGW shifter, catch can , 19 and 20 C6 style black and silver spider wheels, lowered, and custom tune done just last week. Runs great,
Unfortunatley, a delivery truck backed into it at the shop. It put a small crack in the top of the driver side rear wheelwell. Picked it up from the performance shop and took directly to the body shop. Sometimes you have good luck and sometimes bad. One thing for sure, you have to roll with the punches if you're a car enthusiest. Things are going to happen.
I'm a non-denominational muscle car fan. As well as the 'Vette, I have a Challenger RT as my daily driver and an '07 Saleen Mustang SC that I need to drive more often (it only has 7k miles).
I look forward to being part of the forum
