Saying Hello
Just joined your forum today. I am part of a C1 family and grew up helping our Dad buy, restore and show his cars...including hours spent strolling car part swap meets, digging through salvage yards, crawling under and over cars and accommodating many 'just hold this right here...' working requests from him. Dad had an encyclopedic memory about most things C1 and over 50+ years he gathered quite a few cars, parts and knowledge. I am now the proud caretaker of his beloved Cascade Green 1957, while my sister has acquired a '54 and '57 from his collection. I also am in charge of sorting and selling many excess parts (and cars) for the family, so will be posting from time to time with questions for other members when I need assistance identifying something (made my first post earlier today). Thank goodness for Noland Adams' book...it's my go to. Thanks to everyone in advance!
