Hello from The Derelict Phantom

Hi everyone - I won a 1963 SW on Bring A Trailer this week. The car had been sitting untouched in a garage for over 40 years. Non-matching numbers but very cool and in excellent condition overall. It will soon be on the way to my garage where I plan to repair it and drive as is for a while. The car was found in California by Dennis Collins and featured on his YouTube channel (Coffee Walk). I created an instagram page @thederelictphantom if you want to follow along with its progress.

Owning a SW has been a dream for a long time. And I wanted one that had a neat history and could be driven - not one to keep in a museum of for investment. I am a car guy with a 55 Chevy, 71 F100, and a 41 Plymouth. But new to Corvettes. I appreciate forums like this and look forward to learning and sharing.
