Oops I did it again!
Hello all from the great state of California! The northern region near sacramento and redding, more recently oroville to be with family and friends after losing my illegitimate father figure. His widow is left with 3 kids and has a new man in her life with a son of his own and i do what I can to help with the house and kids. Her father had noticed that my friends death took a serious toll on me as I was the one who performed mouth to mouth while waiting for the ambulance. He bought two C4 corvettes, one blue and one red. He told me that I could have the blue one if I helped with some work around the house and helped him get the red one running. I now have a 1985 Corvette with the 5.7 L98 and 700R4 transmission. I'm stoked! problem is....the transmission doesn't hold fluid. The electrical is a mess. The Tachometer doesn't register and I have a transmission rebuild kit in the back of the car so I figured I would pull it out and see what I can do. Wish me luck, I have a broken thumb and no real funds for parts.
