Hello everyone,
Just joined the forum. My step dad passed his 1971 Stingray down to me, so of course there are a few things to fix after a few test drives. Automatic but not switching into 3rd, and running high 3-4kRPM at 55-60mph. Think we found the problem there with the vacuum modulator. Got that changed out and as we were backing out to test it, radiator let go. Luckily I was barely off the lift, and pulled it back in. Looks like a couple of pinhole leaks on the right side of the radiator.
Now reading and shopping... and came across this forum. Glad to be a part of the group.
