Spent 40 years in a MGBGT until I had both knees replaced. Now four years later I can get back in a sports car. So I thought what would be a better idea than to upgrade from a 98hp British car? So besides glad to be part of this forum, I am looking for any/all suggestion. My choice is the C6, but any suggestions into models, options, etc, will be greatly appreciated. My MG had zero options, so this is a brave new world. Not going to be a daily driver, but I intend to drive daily!

Best of luck finding just which Corvette model and its options are the best fit for you. Be patient and check out a number of different cars to ensure you get the right one. I would recommend looking at both the C5s and C7s to compare differences.

Welcome. I've owned my C6 for 20 years. If you're still wanting to row gears I would suggest a Z06, 427, Grand Sport, or ZR1. If an auto is in your future than a base or Grand Sport the newest your budget allows. If looking at a C7 then a 2017 or newer Z06. I have a 2017 I bought new and it still puts a smile on my face. If you're going C8, get a Z06. I have a 23 and it's a phenomenal car. Best of luck in whatever you choose. This forum is a wealth of knowledge.
