Hello
I bought my first Corvette, a 92 convertible. I don't know a lot about Vettes but saw this on auction, so I went to preview and check it out. Everything looked good, oil, coolant, started right up, drove it around the lot so I bid on it, not knowing what the reserve was. To my surprise , I won the bid for $3900. We drove it home and checked it over and the coolant was low, (not leaking) so we added some coolant and drove it some more and the same thing happened. so I pulled the plugs and have coolant in the cylinders but not in the oil. Head gasket!!!!!
I don't have the time to do the head gaskets.

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear about the head gaskets. If you decide to keep the car, perhaps you could have them done at a trusted repair facility instead of doing them yourself? The car definitely has potential and could make a great driver!
