Future C5 owner - Toronto, Canada
Hey all! I've read through this forum a thousand times learning what I can about C5/C6 over the years and thought I'd finally join up. I don't own a vette currently but I will be hunting one down hopefully this summer. Right now I drive a '22 Mustang GT PP1. I've had plenty of Mustangs and Fbodies throughout the years but never a vette. That changes this year, lol! I've always loved the C5 platform. Not sure if I'd be happy with a vert, although they are growing on me. My preference is obviously a Z06. Who doesn't want a C5 Z06 right? I had an opportunity years ago to purchase a red '99 FRC and I kick myself everytime I think about it. I was into 3rdgens back then and my '87 IROC project with an LS 6spd swap.
Anyway.. hopefully sooner than later I can be rowing gears in my own Z06.. glad to be part of the forums!
