Hello all. I technically had an account since 2020 but was really a passive member until last week. I just recently picked up one of my dream cars, a 2007 Z06. It is bone stock and only has had 2 owners before me. I already have pulled the heads and sent them to WCCH for addressing the valve issue. While the engine is apart, I plan to do headers and intake manifold. Eventually I will probably cam it, but I want to experience what it is like stock (or close to stock) first. Purchased some 1 7/8" ARH headers and still looking for an intake manifold.
I had a c5Z06 before this and am stoked to finally get a c6z. I can't wait to drive this thing once it's off jackstands. In the future, cosmetically I want to add a lip, spoiler, sideskirts, morimoto taillights (maybe headlights) and different sidemarkers. I am undecided if I want to do a mix of black or clear or carbon fiber when it comes to those. There are many options to choose from so I would love any recommendations and would love to see some examples!
