Introduction
Hi all, I am a 17 year old highschooler in Colorado. I've been an entreprenuer for a while, and have been trying to save up for my dream car on the side. I have finally been able to get to the point where I can finally afford one, and I'm planning to buy it within the next month. I've been pretty torn between getting an 2003 C5Z or a 2010-2013 C6 Grand Sport, and am looking for some advice on which I should get. I've figured that the forum is probably the best option since Ive learned the most about my hobbies via forums.

IMHO either would be a great ride. C5 a little more on the uncivilized side, GS a little more on the creature comfort side.

Welcome, I would go with the newest model year you can comfortably afford. I had a minimum set of hard requirements and then started looking for the newest and most importantly best maintained corvette. Since you are in Colorado I would make sure that you can also afford to have a second car for the winter. If you can't swing both hold off on the vette.
