This is my first forum ever, and I’m 31 years old. I’ve always thought forums were something of the past or something that I couldn’t get into, but I’ve recently been getting into cars. More specifically, however, Corvettes.
I recently had to give up buying one of the most beautiful 2007 C6s because of many reasons but it hasn’t made me feel like I can give up on my childhood dream car. I’ve been looking for a 2008+ C6 for the LS3 because I’ve heard so much praise for it. And, after test driving a few C6s it’s hard not to feel like you’re living something surreal.
Anyway, I’m someone who oddly doesn’t like driving in a city setting because it’s always so crazy but when I can drive with freedom, like on an open highway or quiet backroad, it feels so freeing. It feels like ever since test driving, all I can envision is how it felt to drive one and maybe someday I hope to learn to drive manual too. First, I’d like to at least live my dream, then worry about the rest.
