As so many others have been asking I would be eternally grateful if you could give me any info on JRGBBK ordered 4 Nov 05. I know I am going to have to get my dealership to respond to me but it seems with my being so far from them . they either misplace my messages or get busy with other things. Thanks for ALL that you do to keep us informed.

In my opinion: As stated before, it is the responsibility of the selling dealer to keep their customers informed. They make more money on a Corvette than any other vehicle that they sell! It doesn't make any difference how far away they are from you, it is their job! In any event, order number JRGBBK will be produced the week of 11/28/05. Your order has reached an event code of 3400, order broadcast.

I placed/reserved my Vette order with a local dealer in Sept and had three people/orders ahead of me. I got a call in late December and was asked if I wanted to change anything because my order was being placed that week (12/29).
I was informed that my vehicle order number was JPCZWV and my cars target production period was 1/23/06 - 1/29/06. My salesmen indicated that it would likely take 5 weeks to have it shipped after it was built so that my car should be here in early March.

If I understand correctly my car will have its VIN number assigned about the week before its produced.

Does this sound correct?

I turned in my 2002 for a 2006 on 12/21! I'm told the status code is still 1100. Can you see what the delay is or tell me when I might expect a production week? Thanks a lot.

Hello Ken, This Is Joel Schotz, Davids dad. I have been at 2000 on my order #JSQPD3 since Dec. 22nd. My dealer keeps telling me "next week" for a production date. They seem on the up & up although I always have to call them for updates. {I call every Thursday} I have noted all the help you are providing to folks on this website and wondered if you could verify my status? Appreciate your help. Joel
