Ghost Flames
We have deceided to get ghost flames after seeing the cars that had them while on the trailridge drive...both looked great. I know Jarod did both cars, what company does he work for (I knew we would forget by the time we got home)? Also, does anyone know anyone else that does quality painting so we can have a comparison?

I can't seem to be able to get to my photos but, an example is in my avatar, and you might click on "my corvette photos" over there<<<< and see if you can get anything other than the dreaded "Red X"

I was talking to Jarod at Motorsport Concepts last night and he said that if anyone needs anything done that now's the time to do it. For ghost flames he could get your car back to you by friday if you took it in today (tuesday).

. We shoudl have the car back this week, complete with graphite pearl tribal flames front and back. It's going to be a long week of waiting.

I saw the car tonight down at the shop! Wow! That's really "ghost", you can barely see them at some angles and then they just pop out at ya when you are looking at the right angle! It looks sweeeet!

That sounds exactly like what the wife wants...barely there until you are right up on it. Trying to stay subtle, we are a little too old for flashy. We are hoping to pick it up tonight...can't wait to see it.

We are trying to get some pictures that actually show the flames. They are so subtle (ghost) that unless the light hits the car just right you would not know they are there. With the current snow, we have not had a chance to get it outside in the sunlight. Maybe today, but still unsure if they will be visible on film.

The Hashmarks he painted on my fenders 6 years ago are still the same way, the photographed it for Corvette Fever Magazine back then and you can't even see them in the pictures which is the whole reason they liked my car.
