Good luck, when I took my car in they had it for a week and didn't remove the pin. They re flashed the PCM when I told them not to also.
I thought on A4 cars all they did was remove the pin but they said they fix it with a PCM flash now. Still don't explain why it took a week to get my car back.

I took mine to Bozarth in Highlands Ranch only to be told the work had already been done and that they couldn't get it to lock. After much forum research I'm sure it has to do with the factory alternator being under powered. GM upped the alternator from 110 to 150.
