I took the car to DRE this week to get the nitrous installed. I wanted the car to be ready for Saturdays show in Longmont, so I dropped it off Wednesday. Peter said he would have it done by Friday afternoon.
He called me Friday at noon and said he was running behind due to the fact the TPS switch that came with the kit was not working, but that he went out and got a new one and it had to be wired in. I had plans for dinner Friday and a play, so he said to call him when I was done and he would meet me and I could pick up the car for Saturday.
Needless to say, I met him, and found out all of his guys stayed late Friday to fix my car by getting a new switch and rewiring the new one into the car. Wow! They were vaccuming, cleaning, and prepping the car for the show knowing I was behind because it was late getting done. What a great group of guys. I can not tell you all how appreciateive I was of how they treated the issue, the car, and me.
Most of the time, we the consumer, get put at the mercy of the shop, my experience shows me that DRE puts me first, and I truly appreciate it.
Peter is a great guy and from what I have seen takes very good care of his customers. You do not see many shop owners cleaning and detailing a customers car for a car show often.
When I get my new pulley and meth kit installed I will take my car to Peter to get it re-tuned.
You and bottlefed better make sure your bottles are full the next time I see you.
Hey keyboard thug, you are on! I will probably break something, but with every broken part, I am one step closer to the stroker of my dreams.
I think I have a picture of the rear of my car I can send to you for preperation purposes... I was thinking of putting a "follow me" sign on the rear window so you could at least know where you are going....

Hey, bench racing e-warrior, don't get your hopes up with breaking anything on your own. After I'm done with you, the only thing that will need replacing are your doors. Maybe Peter can order you a set of lambo hinges before the new ones arrive.

I've already got your plate ready.
Hell with the door! You better have your wood screws in because the last red z06 I raced I blew its hood completely off.
