I highly recommend
Excalibur Machining & Metal in the Springs. They've done a few sets of rims and some engine parts for me in the past with no complaints, the even clear coat which a lot of places don't. Rims are about $75 each which include sand blasting, color and clear coat.

If your looking to have wheels done I highly recommend Spec Wheels of America:

They recently did a set of wheels for me. Straiten one rim out, media blast, and powder coated for $365. I couldn't be happier with how they came out.
