I have noticed that a lot of people who post on the forum are from the Denver Area. I would like to suggest a get together at the Little Bear Bar in Evergreen and plan a rally, discuss mods or just take over the bar and drink!

Opinions???
Sure, I'd be up for that. Maybe we could send out a email to all the Denver area members via the zip code locater.
just an fyi... there's a local group i run with that is considering a drive on
saturday, the 27th. we were going to do it tomorrow (20th) but due to
weather are waiting for a better day.
a circuit trip was suggested heading up to estes, over to greeley (i think)
and back down to denver. i don't think anyone cares where we go as long
as we GO! if the 27th is too soon, we could set a date for May 4th or 5th, depending on the preference of the group. if i were voting, i'd say let's get
an early start on the 4th.
okay folks, now a date's out there....let the negotiations begin!

the length of the trip kinda dictates which car to drive. the 67 requires race
fuel which i can't get on the road. with a 15 gallon tank, my range isn't
very far. if we do a trip say 150 miles roundtrip or less, i can make it work.
he (Frankenstein) isn't a show car, but he's a blast to drive!

I can stop by the Little Bear and see if they got anything cooking on those two days. I would not mind getting a head count on who can make it so I can run it by the bar manager. If its just a couple of us then no major deal but if we can round 20 people up then we may be able to get a table reserved (or not)
