Default Emission help

Hello it's been a while since I've been on here but I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice.

I have a 06 Corvette with Kooks 1 3/4 long tube headers with Borla stinger exhaust and a Paxton 1200 blower.

I was wondering if anyone knew if the cats that came with my headers will pass emissions. I've been told that they will and that they won't so any advice/experience is apreciated. Also if not can anyone recommend a good place to have the long tubes removed?

Thanks for any advice.

Like I said on LLL, your headers will not fail you. IF you have high flo cats, you most likely will fail. If you have regular cats, it will just come down to what it is putting out on the sniffer test. After the test they will pass or fail you, which then you have 7 days to re-test w/o getting charged again. In the meantime you could have Trent or someone do a quick lean tune on it if needed. Your cats are going to be the biggest thing you need to check.

When we had emissions in El Paso county my car passed fine with the high flow cats that came with my Dynatech headers. The car also had heads, cam, and a Vortech SC on it.

Jason... Looks like your pm inbox is full, so I cannot respond to your pm

If anyone else is interested, I've helped others pass the Colorado E Test, Mostly Via Tune, some others needed a little exhaust work done (ditching inefficient high flow cats)...

Anyone is welcome to come by the shop, I'll give a free diagnosis to see what is needed to help pass, and we can take it from there.

My shop is in Denver, Off of Kipling and I-70.

Have a good day..

Welp she passed today one more step (have to get find a doctor to sign my handicapped paperwork) and she will be plated again. This summer will be fun.

Weird thing is they didn't put it on the rollers as a matter of fact they had me stay in the car because of the wheelchair. They just tested it at idle and had me rev it once.
