We stopped by the NCM yesterday and checked out the new Stingrays Grill. (renovated restaurant in NCM)
Let me first start out by saying, it is NOTHING like the old eating area at the museum, HUGE IMPROVEMENT!!! First class décor, menu and service. I posted a quick picture of the inside, but there is more to see. (you will have to check it out)
It is still mostly a sandwich and side menu, but it will rival any high quality restaurant.

Yes, they went more "upscale" with the interior design and menu. They wanted to get away from the "Fifties Diner" vibe, The design was done by Tom Peters, Retired GM designer for Corvette.
