Caravan Hotel in OH
I'll be staying at the Ramada in Wilmington, Oh on May 24th as suggested by IceBurgh. The hotel is easy off and easy on from the interstate and is about 1/4 mile from the interstate. From our starting point in NJ it is about a nine hour drive and 576 miles. The leg on Wed to BG is about 5 hours and 262 miles. Add additional time for fuel, rest room and food stops.
It takes nine rooms to get a group discount and I'm sure we won't have nine rooms needed. So no group discount. My room with two double beds was $85.00.

we will be there as well.... leaving Carlisle around 11:00 am....with the truck only getting 9 miles to the gallon I need to stop every 200 miles so I will see you guys there

I'm going to try and drive out to Carlisle for lunch with you guys but that is as far as I can go.. Unless I'm held at gun point then I have no choice but to go all the way to BG....
