anyway, i just found out last week we are expecting twins, but will know more tuesday after a doctors appointment.
anyone planning on selling their van, let me know. im in the beginning stages of looking for one. i know it has to be good shape and have some goodies including an entertainment system. im still compiling info on this subject but will look and listen to what you have.
Hate to say it but they are the greatest utility vehicle when you have kids. Easy to get in and out of and decent mileage. We are on out 3rd one kids are now 11 and 13 so this will probably be our last one. You can fill them up with kids or kids junk and just go. Not very fast or very good in corners but they serve their purpose very well. Good luck if it is twins. One at a time was enough for me.
thanks very much. the space is whats needed. we have a 13 year old already and 2 more car seats means 0 seat space. the van can at least hold 7 peeps or more, depending on the make and model. and the fact that you can either take the seats out or fold them up or hide them makes a van worthy of home depot trips!
Have you considered a 7 seater SUV???
Also good alternatives to the Mommy Van.
Having two small kids (1 and 2 1/2 year old) we were in a similar situation after the second one was born. We looked at the SUVs because that was what the wife prefered, but the gas mileage sucked. We settled on the Mazda MPV since it handled relatively well and looked "sporty", for a minivan anyway. It's a LOT easier getting the kids in and out with the sliding doors especially since they are power. Good luck!

Good luck with the kids, mine are older now and don't want to vacation with mom & dad anymore.
