I have a Garmin 2610 that I have to part with. It includes the following:
-Garmin 2610 color touch screen with voice prompts (http://www.garmin.com/products/sp2610/)
-Remote Control
-bean bag dash mount
-all manuals and software
-512M ScanDisk with maps
-Cig Power Cable with Speaker
-Garmin carrying case
Additions:
-Custom RAM Mount (same mounts used by PDs in their cruisers for laptops) that bolts into seat frame rail
-Window mounted antenna (completely hidden) that allows me to mount the unit out of sight from the window.
It's a great tool, and can be swapped from car to car (I bring it with me when I travel and have to rent a car). It's as close to factory navigation as you can get without actually having a factory unit. It has WAAS and as such can be used in cities or mountains (I use in NYC and used it in Boston for all the time).
This went for a grand new for just the unit. I am asking $500 (OBO) for *everything*! For locals we can meet in person, so you check everything out. I know several members here have seen my setup and can vouch for it.
Here is what it looks like with the Garmin beanbag mount, you can see that this will slide around:
The RAM Mount has a flexible stand, so I can bend and twist it into a position where I can see it the best -- likewise, my wife will twist it so she can see it if she's riding shotgun. The mount is very secure, and nothing will budge during hard cornering or acceleration. Since I have the antenna mounted in the window I can keep the Garmin below the window for a cleaner appearance. When it sat ontop of the dash, with the HUD, everything was just to busy (not to mention it would slide around on the beanbag mount).
Stick (uses 3 suction cups -- or a magnet to sit on the dash)on antenna:
Nabbs I am still considering it if no one else buys it. I am just waiting for the 2nd big annoucment in my area at work. The first was a mutiny of me and 3 people which got my boss fired. The 2nd is either I am out too or the promotion comes.

I will know soon I guess...
Tell me about it.
I just resigned my post, after my *ENTIRE* team resigned! I was the 4th person to leave in a 2 week period, out of a dept. of 20! My boss was psycho, turns out she had been investigated twice, sent to anger management and forced to see an orginizational psychologist -- in short I had to get out of there.
Some things are just more important then money -- happiness and sanity being two of them. Either way, sometimes it's worth standing on your principles. It was tough, but I'm too old to be dreading going to work everyday.
Anyway, best of luck to you.
I will say the job market is definately stronger now.

Bob: I hope you get that promotion - best of luck..
Sorry to hear about the job situation Nabbs and Wicked Weasel. The job market is alot better than when you were looking last time. Hope things work out and good luck!
So, who's the winner of the GPS (for future reference when we get lost on one of my little cruises).
thanks guys. Well so far my job is not in jeopardy. They did do a house cleaning and it looks like (although I did not know this) that I am respected throughout the company. The reason I did know this is because my boss would basically keep me locked in the basement and would take all the credit. I believe that people found out that I was doing all the work and maybe that is the reason that my phone was ringing off the hook the last few months. Also there were plenty questions why my boss never answered a question directly in a meeting and always had to get back to people.
As far as the promo - well my job description has been changed and HR is reviewing it, but we are very strict on promos and titles here. Basically I would be considered an assistant or middle level VP at a Citibank, but here I am an IT Financial Management position managing about $220 million in IT Charges to our products. Hopefully it will go through so I can afford the Cam and Head package that I want (yes it all comes down to how many Mods I can afford). Maybe I will throw in a set of CCWs as a present to myself if it does happen...

Wow that suxs. I always wonder why a company does not look at why people are leaving and get rid of the boss if that is where the problem is. My company was the first that I have been part of that really took action against the person that was the problem before the entire staff left.
I have heard the market is opening up and for people with good skill sets there are jobs. Of course finding the right job is never easy.
