6Spd98 said there's a bus that'll take me to a Path Station. I'm taking the day off that day so I'm not in any rush.

Alex you have nothing to worry about....even Dons comments as he's only going to be watching from the bleachers.

I have discussed your mods in great detail with Doug who will be doing this job with me.

I know that Doug didn't mention it to you but in order to do waht your requesting we have to drop your entire driveline and drop the craddle with the motor fully in tact.

We calculate by the time we get your heads and block back from the machine shop and fully assemble your drive line and motor you should be able to pick your car up around May 15, 2006. Now that's keeping in mind that you have an appointment withg us.

BTW your going to love your 427 with twins on it!

Alex bring food with you on Monday. They like food and tend to work harder.

Just make sure it is not Pepperoni Pizza because Marc's a$$ can't take it and you don't want the guy working on your car having A$$ problems.

Donuts are out because they are all on diets.

They love Oreos (Johnny likes them deep fried ), but if you bring those too early they will get a sugar high and then sleep the rest of the afternoon.

Bagels are good, but that weighs them down and they take forever to get the toaster out - just wasted time...

BudE might be the right answer - at least you can drink it and laugh as your car is in pieces...

This is the note that will be left on the pass seat from Alex.

Dear ECS.

1. Wash your hands with soap and water twice before touching my car.

2. When entering my car please remove your boots and put on the snoopy slippers that I left in the trunk.

3. There is a digital camera in the center console, please take 4 pictures for every procedure you complete and e-mail it to me.

4. I know I have 750 layers of wax on the car, but please do not have lunch on my hood.

5. At the end of the day, please wash the car and give it a hug for me before you go home.

I don't seem to be busy that morning. I could meet you at the Belt Pkwy gas station. (7am) Follow me to their shop, stop off at Wa-Wa for coffee and chocolate milk for Chris. Drop your car off and give it one last kiss good-bye. Shoot the breeze with whoever is there. (God knows they get some weird-o's coming and going) and you can tell me your life story on the way home.
This should be good for some brownie points with the NE Corvettc Forum president.

Alex this is what you have to bring if you want to be in the good graces.

24 Plain bagels from Manhattan or N. Jersey for the boys.

2 1/2 gallon bottles of Grey Goose Mandarin for Chris & Doug

Now if you really want to make sure that your baby is treated with kid gloves this is a must.

2 Lbs. of chocolate covered strawberrys for Christie.

If you forget the last item don't even bother comming down as all will be lost!

Wow!!! Thanks so much for the offer!!! I'll take you up on that!! Breakfast is on me, its the least I can do!! As for the life story, I may need to pad it since I don't think I can tell you that much on the ride there. Did I ever tell you about the time I was stuck in a skyscraper with a bunch of international terrorists who tried to steal 500 million in bonds from a high security safe???
