hey guys
i own a timeshare in vegas. i never use it.
i owne it out right..i have the deed in hand. you get 1 week a year.
i don't want it anymore. if any of you want it i will give it to you for 500.
i know it sound cheap which it is. if you went there they would try to sell it to you for 13,000. if you buy it you will have to pay to have the deed put in your name and due a title search they make you do it. cost something like 400. also you have maintance fees every year of 425.. thats it no gimicks and this is not any spam mail so mods don't delete this post. just trying to hook up one of my fellow vette guys..feel free to email me or pm me. the timeshare is called summerbay resorts check it out on the net. its one block from the strip. btw you own it for life and you can pass it down to your kids..
