When I left my mother-in law's house at about 3:30pm in the Catskills. They had 4 inches and it was snowing very hard. I am sure she got at least another inch or so

You would have never guessed that it was winter yesterday, it was beautiful outside. There was a great turnout at Captree in Long Island. Still, on the way home, I saw a few SUV's covered in salt, guess they came down from upstate, a preview of things to come.
