how much? , my ten year old wants to take lessons?
I'm guessing it's worth about 1500 bucks, here's a picture or two. It's the orangish/reddish/yellow one... the Les Paul. I love it to death but I never play it... so I'm toying with selling it. I don't know if either of you would still be interested knowing the price...
And no you can't have my black Gibson X-Plorer Pro. That's my pride and joy
....but you never know! That is a sweet looking 'Paul, though. I'm more inclined to spend the $1,500.00 on a seventies Telecaster. i already have an '89 Lester. Merry Christmas, KMK454!
I have an extra Carbon Fiber air bridge if anyone wants it. You'll need to do some slight modding though. When I first bought it, they shipped it in a flimsy, crappy box, unfortunately, something heavy must have hit the box and the corner of the airbridge where it connects to the red coupler bent. I informed the dealer and they sent me another one which is the one I currently have on the vette. I've had this sitting around for a while. All you would have to do is use a dremel tool or a sawzall to take about an inch off the round end of the bridge. Then, just go to home depot and buy a silicon air coupler, since the one that came with it will be too short. I figured someone like C5racng with his awesome DIY skills could do it in 5 minutes. If anyone is interested, let me know. I'll drop it off or meet up with anyone who is interested (within reasonable distance). Here's a pic of what it looks like:
If that air bridge is still up for graps, count me in.
Will pay shipping with a smile....
I'll take the 04 shocks if no one has claimed them yet, front and rear,I have a NOHA cover for a C3
Thanks for the cover Frank! Nice to meet you - that's a sharp looking white ZO6 you've got there. You guys on LI are lucky, no snow, so you can keep driving! I came home tonight to a foot of snow! While you are out crusin tomorrow I'll be driving the snow blower!
I can use the C3 Noah cover - I'll pay shipping or I can pick up this weekend. PM sent.
I have two of those big Corvette hardcover "coffee table books" in great condition (history, pictures, etc). They are several years old and as I recall may end with C4s - I can't remember the names but I'll update this when I get home and take a look at them.
I also have about 10 or 15 (maybe more)Road and Track, Car & Driver, Automobile and Motor Trend magazines that are all recent (2004-5) and in near perfect condition that will go with the books. (Winter reading!)
Books:
"Corvette The Classic Marque" by John Lamm, copyright 1989
"Corvette" by Barry Coleman, copyright 1989
Also have at least 25 of the car magazines
I'm good for the boods and magazines. I see you're in Simsbury. I work at Hamilton across from the airport. Will PM my address, and will dig my way into the trailer and see what I can come up with...
thx
