I believe I'll try changing my "pegged" oil pressure sending unit which failed after only 121,000 miles.
Just came back from PEP BOYS, they sell a low profile sending unit removal socket for about $8.00

Sorry I have to miss this one. I know a lot of back roads. You tell me how much time we have......and leave the rest to me.

Throgs Neck Bridge to Clearview Expressway. Continue on Clearview Southbound and exit at Union Turnpike. (I believe its Exit No. 2).

After exit, make a right onto Union Turnpike. Take Union to Francis Lewis Blvd. (Only about one or two blocks). Make a left onto Francis Lewis.

Stay to the right. You will see an enterance to the park. Once your in the park stay on the main road. Although it winds a bit, the road ends at the last parking lot where we meet.

Just post up if its a definite. If no one posts, I will not show up.

Rgds,

Rich

I am assuming that it was a jack that made the hole. The hole was the size of a quarter and right by the chassis under the rocker.

However, I realy don't think road debris could have caused the hole. In addition, I never heard a load bang while driving the car.

Anyhow, I resolved the problem, by filing the whole with epoxy.
