Default Delaware Inspection--Passed yet?
Any DE C5 owners with exhaust mods...have you had to go through inspection yet? I know there's a new noise law, and I wonder what sort of mods will still pass.

too. I'm still within the 5 model year exemption, but know I'm at least going to have to put the Ti back on.
