Nice home. It all depends on the buyer, IMHO. If they want a pool then yes. But alot of familes with kids do not want the safty risk and the added cost of owning and maintaining a pool.

Well after carefull consideration and extensive in depth research, I have determined that there are indeed missing fixtures at your poolside. Specifically - HOOKERS!
Upon remediation of this serious deficiency, please call for an appointment whereby an inspection can be performed of a the newly installed elements. Thank you and my analysis report is in the mail along with invoice.
