Rob I just want to make sure you are safe. Nothing like a 7ton low profile jack although it weighs 7 tons
As stated the jack is good for lifting the car, but I would not trust it for any length of time.
You should go out and invest in Rhino Ramps with the low profile extentions. I have 4 of them and I drive up on the front 2 then I lift the back and slide the other 2 under the back. Of course where I am working I also have the jack and jack stands.
