How do you think Bear slotted and drilled rotors would hold up?

for one day - ok. They are not the best for the track, but for a day/weekend you will be ok.

The reason they are not the best is because they crack and they cost too much money for track use. NAPA rotors at $20 each is a great bargin knowing they will crack. One reason they crack though is because we use a pad that has more friction with stock pads you will probably not see any problems.

Nice pics. I need to sit down and figure which track events I am doing this year. Probably do Pocono at least once. So Limerock was fun? I can't remember, my instructor said that either Limerock or Watkins Glenn was a real Corvette freindly track. Wanted to do one or the other.

Yeah, is that a k-car or a Dodge Shadow in front of you?

Being at both tracks I would pick Watkins Glen over Limerock. Pocono is probably the worse track. I mean it is fun for going fast, but if you want a fast track that is also techinical then WGI is the place. There are 13 turns and they are high speed turns. It has elevation changes and off camber turns that really challenge the driver.

I am also doing VIR this year which I hear is like WGI. I just wish we lived closer to these tracks.

and I am not sure what is front of me. It is a small track so lapping people is not uncommon. Basically I would start in the back of the group and see how many people I could pick off.

Cool, thanks for the breakdown. I'll put WGI at the top. I figured Pocono wasn't the greatest, just easiest to get to.
