Well, i actually got a room in carlisle. and i only booked it last week. i guess it was a cancellation. anyways since i dont own a corvette what should i do. I'd like to take my mustang vert but would that be a bad idea? bringing a mustang to a vette event. Usually people are really cool but every one in a while you get the looks and remarks. I just really dont want someone keying my car.
You can bring any car.People who own vettes down frown upon people who drive other cars. I am driving my vette to carlisle but my brother and his wife are driving her saturn to carlisle. His vette is having AC problems so he is leaving it at home.
the general rule is that only corvettes are allowed to park on the fairgrounds, other cars are directed to parking lots elsewhere. bring a corvette and save a little walking, leave the corvette at home and enjoy a nice stroll. your choice.
You don't have to have a Corvette to go however, only Corvettes are allowed to park on the show grounds. There is a school on Clay Street just before you get to gate 1 that offers parking and it is right next to the show.
