Ralph, 1000' times
Mackey, what was your 1000ft time on that 11.84??? At 80something mph, that had to be a low 7, high 6 and we're just turning the calendar to Sept. Gotta figure there's another 2 tenths in just weather conditions between now and Nov.
_______

John did you run it out the back on that 116 pass? If so it looks like your car is a lot like mine form the 1000 ft to the traps, and it looks like that 11.95 would have been closer to an 11.65 on an all out run....and that was in what, 1800ft!!! What would that be at 0 feet??? gotta be deep into the 5s and with some negative DAs you easily have a shot at a 4. How much does it weigh (without all the tools in the back)? Sorry for being nosey...i'm just trying to guage what she'll run when you can actually make full passes again. Obviously you can get a lot out of these stock bottom engines and still be streetable. Great job!!!!

Re: Ralph, 1000' times (ralph)
Ralph, on that 116 I let off at the MPH lite so I don't think I killed that much.
The car is 3420 with my sorry butt in it. Thats my normal race weight.
I'm still trying to decide what to do about a roll bar. I've given up on Matts. He's just to busy doing high dollar jobs. So I'm looking.
you might want to try my guy, if you want to go all the way up to poughkeepsie, ny. Maybe he has an open slot, but i doubt it. if want his number i can give it to you or i'll call for you...he did a great installation, but whatever you do...don't let him paint it...lol
