I was curious about this so I e-mailed the person in the ad.
This is the reply I received - looks like some kind of place that has insurance purchased cars. The color maybe off, but it looks like they do have cars.
Thanks for your interest in the Corvette. It is Torch Red, has both the painted and glass tops. The mileage is about 5,500 miles.
It is priced at $21,000 because it needs to have some repair work. You can see photos of the damage at:
